British TV personality Vicky Pattison has teamed up with Alzheimer's Society, fronting a short campaign video for the charity's Forget Me Not Appeal.

The clip sees Pattison visiting the charity's Memory Box, a phone box where visitors leave messages for loved ones living with dementia or those they have lost to the condition. Alzheimer's Society shared the video on Instagram, posting 'Vicky Pattison leaves a message for her Grandad... Our Forget Me Not Appeal runs across June'.
